Basin Electric offers a $1000 scholarship as part of the Rural Electric Cooperative Scholarship Program.  Each of the 124 member cooperatives of Basin Electric will award a scholarship to a dependent of a consumer.  FEM Electric provides two $500 in addition to the $1000 Basin Electric scholarship.
