FEM Electric accepts payments by check or cash. There is a convenient, drive-up drop box in our parking lot where payments are collected every morning. Please do not send cash in the mail or place in the drop box. Cash payments can be made during our regular office hours. Payments are due by the 9th of the month. Penalties will apply if your payment is received after the 9th. 

For your convenience and to avoid any late payments, please consider paying by ACH or thru SmartHub.


ACH (Automatic Clearing House) this is an automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account.

Credit Card payments are accepted through our online system- SmartHub, by phone or if you stop into our office. Click on the above SmartHub Member Login tab to sign up for your account access, or select Pay Now on our home screen to make a one time payment.  Please call 1-833-699-1827 to pay by credit card or e-check over the phone.

SmartHub App is now available on your computer, ipad, tablet or phone to pay by credit card.


Budget Billing
